Tamy Orange
I’m been away for a while, but here I am, with a new post in New Year, with a new enthusiasm to write this blog and make more cool things. First post in 2012. will be a recipe. Cooking is my passion, my way to handle my emotions. To calm down when I’m nervous or to channel my happines :) So, yesterday, I made a wonderful PESTO PASTA for my family, and I want to share the recipe with you.

Pesto pasta is an Italian dish with zucchini, pesto sauce, and of course, pasta. Very easy to make and very delicious. Take a try!
You will need:
- 350 g penne pasta or spaghetti
- 3 zucchini
- 3 or 4 teaspoon pesto sauce
- 200 g sour cream
- chopped hazelnuts
- salt
Cut zucchini into slices and put them in bowl. Pour salt on it and left zucchini to relase their liquid. After that fry them in pan. Put sour cream to smaller pot an cook on low heat with constant mixing. Add pesto sauce to sour cream and continue mixing until it become smooth and creamy. Cook the pasta. First serve the zucchini to plate, then pasta, and pour the sauce over pasta. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top of it.
That’s it. I hope U will enjoy… BON APETTIT!
Yesterday, I’ve seen some videos about, how to make 3D origami, with my sister. So, today I tried to make one, a 3D spike ball…well I hope, u’ll like it! :)
This is the tutorial for these balls :)

Today I ate the 4th chocolate from my Advent calendar. :) I’m a bit old for that kind of stuff, but this year I couldn’t resist them in supermarket. When I saw the whole row full of different kind of calendars, I decided to buy one this year. This is the cardboard one, with Santa Claus print on it. December 4th photo under the yummy chocolate was a Snowman :) But, today was a really hot day than the previous ones. I think we must wait a while until our town become white and snowy… or just to enjoy this sunny “looks like spring” time… Snowman can wait!
